• Bookings: Name, email address, phone number
• Job applications: Name, email address, phone number, resume (PDF)
• Contact form: Name, email address, question/message
• Payment: Payment is processed by Moneris, a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers.

Your personal information is collected for the following purposes:

• To process and manage escape room bookings
• To communicate booking confirmations and reminders
• To process job applications
• To respond to your inquiries via the contact form
• To process payments via our payment processor (Moneris)
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information:

• All personal data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption
• Database sessions are encrypted
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• All access to personal information is logged for audit purposes
• Resumes are stored securely with anonymized file names

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal data only with:

• Moneris Solutions: Our payment processor, for processing booking deposits. Only a booking reference number is transmitted (no personal names).
• Email service provider: To send booking confirmation emails.

All third-party providers are required to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.

Under Quebec Law 25, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request that your personal information be deleted or anonymized
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent to the collection or use of your information at any time

This website uses session cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site (login sessions, CSRF protection). These are strictly functional cookies. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

• Booking data: 2 years after the booking date
• Job application data: 6 months after the application date
• Contact form data: Not stored in database (used only to send email response)

After the retention period, personal data is anonymized or securely destroyed.
